2006–2011
Programmer · WOG
Began his career in 2006 as a programmer at the head office of WOG, one of Ukraine’s largest fuel retail networks.
2011–2014
CIO · TamTam
Served as CIO of the TamTam supermarket and hypermarket chain. Responsible for IT infrastructure development and new store openings, he led the transition to a new accounting system on the client side, coordinating the internal team and external contractors.
2015 — present
Independent ERP consultant, architect and project lead
Independently wins clients, assembles teams and organizes end-to-end ERP transitions for manufacturing, distribution and retail businesses.
Selected engagements include Kronospan and Elektrokontakt, with responsibility for the full delivery cycle, from contracting and team formation through to productive transition.
These engagements reflect the founder’s professional experience before PASSAGE BUREAU was established.

PASSAGE BUREAU develops this practice as an independent expert bureau, combining personal architectural accountability with the ability to assemble teams around each engagement.
Depending on the engagement, we bring together business analysts, functional consultants, developers and specialist delivery partners. For end-to-end implementations, we act as the accountable prime contractor within the agreed contractual scope. For independent transition leadership, we represent the client’s interests under separately defined responsibilities and authority.
Solution architecture, business processes, delivery teams and organizational readiness must come together to support a productive transition. Platform choices and the scope of change are driven by actual business needs.
